CLINICAL HISTORY
55 year male live unrelated kidney transplant recipient, one and half yrs back
NKD-?Chronic glomerulonephritis
Pre transplant CDC crossmatch negative, DSA within acceptable limits
On steroids, enteric coated mycophenolate and tacrolimus
Presenting with gradual worsening of graft function
S creatinine 2mg%, USG- normal sized isoechoic kidneys with good perfusion
No hematuria/proteinuria
